hey Shantasa,you asked me if I got to ask CC what I wanted to ask or say to him....no time really.....he and Lois talked about her now using a cane (he hadn't known) and I was just standing there...I did manage to get him to smile by exclaiming, "yes, but it got us great seats!!"....; )

I’ve actually learned a lot about the workings of Street Team thanks to you! I did go and look at that section of the board afterwards for a sticky ‘FAQ’ or ‘What ST involves’ post, but, inadvertently many of the questions I’ve been carrying around in my head got answered over the course of that thread anyway; I feel much better informed now. And I could’ve worded my initial post more sensitively, I realise - I only meant ‘juvenile’ in a sense that being a fan club member in general (not specifically a CC street-teamer – you’re right: that’s different) might have been something I’d have been interested in when I was younger and had more free time and more zeal. I’m really sorry I came off so critical there. And if I were braver I’d have written to you first! No hard feelings whatsoever.

It was good to see you at the Viejas show... wish we could have hung out a bit more. I just HAD to be on Yogi's side. That was so sweet of him to come out to see me and meet my son... he's so gracious like that. I had told him so much about Dylan... that really made his night. Yogi's kisses made mine! :) See ya at the next show!

I do remember talking to you! I just couldn't remember which concert that took place. He's done so many shows in Los Angeles. I totally understand. That was me 2 Wednesdays ago. It doesn't happen every day you get to meet someone you've admired for so long. I'm happy that you got to meet him! You have no idea how nervous I was. Maybe from one shy person to another he knew I was nervous. I really pushed myself not to be shy. I almost had a melt down when he came closer to me during the picture. I really was caught off guard. It means a lot what you said. I don't know how Chris interacts with all of his fans. It was beyond surreal. I keep pinching myself. He really made me loosen up when he joked about keeping my eyes open for pictures. hahaha I'll never forget it. :D

Thanks Shantasa for your compliment. Scarlet suggested that I post the picture with Chris for my avatar. I wanted to keep the other picture but she really really convinced me. She is so sweet. :) I'm making a nervous smile. hahaha You cannot see it. Whew. But that's what I'm doing. The first pic did not turn out that good. My eyes were closed. I never thought I would shake while I was having my picture taken. That's what happens when you stand next to Chris. ;) How many times have you met him?

I am excited but also worried about getting tickets. Darn it, last time I wasn't near a computer/phone at the time tickets went on sale and this time I have to work! I hope they do the meet and greet here. No kidding about all of the shows; maybe there will be one she can catch, you know, do a layover in whatever town and catch a show!!! {sadly, I haven't seen any yet for her home....}
