I want him to win so bad! Hopefully, it will come down to the 2 David's. They are the best! Well, it was my topic on E's bday. So it's back a few pages by now. I used Hero and your vid. I know what you mean, if you're working a lot and busy, then it's too hard to keep up on the forum. But it's good to see you now and then. Glad you're still hanging out even if it is in the fanclub. That's great too! Still love your dp. It's so sweet!

and it's ok, I TOTALLY understand about finding time to write. I'm just happy to know everything is "good". Yea, I wondered if something was wrong but not to the extreme it worried me everyday. After some time had passed, I wasn't thinking about it so much. Then when I saw you, I got excited and wanted to hear from you. But believe me, I am the same way when it comes to writing emails and finding time to do it. So cute your story about hitting the lottery. That's something I've been wanting to do but am so afraid! It just scares me so and I think it would be better to cut it. I'm sure you know that fear too before you did it. I've had long hair for soooooooooooo long now. I don't have a Myspace but keep saying I want to do one. I have so many friends that aren't on this forum I could keep in touch with that way. I know at the moment it's like hitting your head against a brick wall. Our complaints seem to be falling on deaf ears at the moment. The Yahoo groups confused me at first but once you get the hang of it then it's ok. It's no problem, i hope when you get chance you'll join. They have more to offer than the Official fanclub, at the moment anyway and it's all for free. Yeah it's raining here too. Roll on friday! Take care :0

That's exactly what i said in one of my rants on there lol! I mean fair enough every site has it's teething problems but why take our money before everything is up and running? It does reflect badly on E. The same as this place does. The last paying site he had turned out to be a disapointment, i wasnt a member of that site but i've heard from people that were. I mean it's not difficult to update a few pics and a bit of news. It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't promised us so much. The only thing that site is good for is presale tickets but to be honest i got my tickets from there for the M.E.N and Wembley and i ended up stuck right in front of the catwalk and being small i couldn't see anything until he came down to the end. I'm not complaining though because it was still amazing when he came down to the end but it was a little disapointing. They made it out on the tickets i was on row 3 but in fact if the catwalk hadn't been there i would have been on row 10 or something like that. Mind you B'gham more that made up for that as i was on the 1st row!....Btw i replied to your PM. Hope you found those sites ok :)

No! Not so far anyway! I'm still being patient and just hoping it does get better. I think we just have to keep on voicing our opinions afterall we're not in the wrong. If it doesn't pick up by the end of the year i won't be renewing my membership. It's a shame because that place has the potential to be fab.

I remember you telling me that someone was to send a vid to you but didn't. You were thinking they never would!! Same thing happened to me once. Camera died and I was having my pic taken with Richard Marx. He's one of my favs from the 80's. Some girl took for me, gave her my address, never heard from her. But she was local and remembered where she said she worked. About a month later I called. Talked to the guy who was with her, he tracked her down and she sent the pic to me LOL Was sooooooooooo happy! Sorry, I didn't write back yet, but I will. These days I'm tied up a bit and hard to find some free time to write people. And when I do, I'm trying to catch up on everyone. I will write, promise! And yea, PART of it is due to same thing as you are going through. I'll write......promise! :) Thanks for asking too. Appreciate your care.

sometimes too thoughful and worry about hurting others feelings and get myself into trouble!!! LOL Sometimes I wish God didn't give me the heart that He did. I let it rule my brain too much! I didn't celebrate a lot either. Dinner and a movie with family, watched the ball drop on TV (which is always something I love). Would love to be there someday to see and feel all the excitement. He has only toured Aust. once and unfortunately i was unable to go to his concert. I am so waiting for the next concert and visit he does here and nothing will keep me from going this time!!! Yeah, sorry if I seemed a bit stressy on that post, I was just being a drama queen, and yeah that show wasn't great, I can't understand why the presenters read out that negative e-mail especially seeing as he made the effort to go on the show. Why didn't they read out a complement instead? and asking him to apologise too lol, like I said on the post, people watching who aren't fans of his music will just assume that he doesn't care about his fans which obviously isn't true. They also seemed to cut him off half way through answering a question too. Oh well, I doubt he'll be going on there again anyway. Thanks again.

I have a few of my own that I keep hoping for. I'm like you. You can tell a lot about someone from the way they post. It helps when you're deciding who you can feel comfortable with. Although, I can be lead the wrong way cause I tend to "trust" everyone and feel they are real. But have found out how deceiving the net can be. At least there have been many fans to meet me and know I'm for real. Of course, if someone pushes my buttons too much, I can get defensive. I try hard not to let that side come through, but after I take so much, that's it! I don't like that side though. I'm sure you understand what I mean. I'm happy to have you as my friend. I've been a fan for a long time so I guess I've kinda noticed things over the years. I'm glad that some people agree with me. And yes, I really am 24. That's probably young compared to some but I get the impression that there's a lot of teengagers around here which doesn't make it hard to stand out.

I felt the same way when I first joined. My actual member date is 3/27/02. I was under my real name cause it was the first fanclub I ever joined...didn't know what I was doing LOL But there was many more here at that time than now. It took some time to get noticed and feel comfortable. Now when new people come in they get a welcome to E Land which I think helps them to start making friends. Lots of new ones are coming in now cause of the concerts. I have been wondering about the fanclub...paid one. Wondering how many have joined there. I've asked a few but seems no one can find out. I personally don't think it will stay alive but I could be wrong. Under a dif management they tried that and it fell through not long after. But maybe this management will be dif. I'll probably wait and see if he comes here on tour next year. Been hearing he isn't, then he is, then sounds like he isn't....and on again. LOL If he does, I don't think it will be as much as the other countries are having now. Maybe just hit some select scattered states to give fans a chance to see him and not travel too far. Again, I could be wrong, just my gut feeling on this. Hugs!

why would you think joining may not be a good idea? It's a great place to keep up on E, make friends and have fun with us. Of course, when you get this many people together from all of the world, some arguments can break out. Now we have mods again, so that helps a lot. Am so happy they brought them back. In time, if you come here often and read, you'll know who you might want to become friends with and feel comfortable in posting to them. Always welcome to join on my topics. We all get along well.

but still as you know, is not private. The forum used to have the option of talking privately. I really wish they would have brought it back when this one started. Now they have it in the fanclub section. But of course, you have to join. I'm not doing that YET. Still on the fence about it. Want to see what's coming up next year. There's not a whole lot of us "mature" members here. Always good to see more join. When you go to his concerts though, you see many! His shows are sooooooooooo exciting! Hugs!
