You gotta love B&H! If you get a chance, can you post some of your pics on WUC?Oh, btw, I saw your post in the TRT thread about getting to know people. You've got company. I was the only one of my friends AND sorority/frat house who never smoked, drank or used drugs. I still don't smoke, still don't use drugs. Once in a blue moon I will have some excellent port wine, champangne or a beer or two but that is so infrequent. I've never gotten drunk or tipsy and I've never had a a "buzz".

Told you it would be insanely crowded but fun! I got to Penn Station at 6:00 a.m. to catch my Amtrak to Connecticut and yep, there were a lot of Halloween leftovers waiting for trains back to whatever city or nearby state they came in from. See! People come from all over to go to the Village for Halloween, BTW, did you take pics and what camera did you decide on?

The Annual Halloween Parade, baby! I think it starts at around Houston Street and goes way up 6th Avenue. You're gonna see a lot of weird things but it's great fun, I go every year and I hate parades as a rule. I was in it once a long time ago. You'll be surprised how creative a lot of people are. And it's on a Friday this year which always brings out the weirdest of the weird. Just one thing, if you, hold on to your bag because it will be insanely crowded. You'll love it. Bring a camera if you have one.

fashion merchandising management. this is what i understand so far for the application process, . i started the suny application, and after that, there's a fit application., then, from the fit application, i get a confirmation w/ username/password that i use to access myfit, where i fill out the academic history and the essay portion.i really would love to attend fit, but this application process is really complicated, lolhopefully it'll pay off in the end.how do you like fit?

Was a typical beautiful early fall Virginia day. Breezy, sunny....slightly cool. We went to the mall, lol....outdoor mall that is. Hit California Pizza Kitchen, and the apple store....then played outside. Virginia is for Lovers you know.....

The street with names are usually in the East & West Village ( a lot of celebrities live there). Those streets also twist and turn and change into other streets. But the best part is you can never get lost. Just remember that both the east and west side end with rivers and the main avenues run parallel between them. 5th Avenue is weird because it divided west and east. If you go to the main branch of the library on 41st & 5th, you'll be on the west side, if you cross the street you'll be on the east side.5th, 6th (also called Avenue of the Americas), 7th (a/k/a Fashion Ave.), 8th, 9th, 10th,11th & 12th are all west side (that also changes when you head downtown to China Town, Soho and down. 1st through mid 5th Avenue, Park, Lexington, Madison are all east, plus other streets and ave. thrown in. Sorry, I went off on a tangent there.BTW, how fun is Pearl Art? I can spend hours in that store. I'm gladschool is going well. I have yet to hear anyone say anything bad about it. You'll love it more and more as you go along. It really is an excellent school and it lives up to its reputation!

Sorry again for not getting basck to you. I was in Phildelphia for the weekend and just got home, have pics to go through from the Camden show and still more from Boston.There's always that last-minute crunch for 'will I get everything ready before classes start". I had that too and I living at home when I went to college! You are going to love FIT! And yeah, you won't be far away from me at all. It's in a fun neighborhood and it really is pretty close to eveything you could need or want.

Sorry, I forgot something else. Become familiar with Pearl Art Supply Store on Canal Street off Broadway (it's in Chinatown). Several trains go there They have a couple of smaller onesbut this is the BIG one . . .4 floors and of course they have a decent student discout and they have absolutely everything you'll need. I buy all of my art supplies there.

FIT?!?!?!?! AWESOME!! That's one of the top art colleges on the east coast and they are VERY picky!!!! My younger cousin went there and loved it, she even stayed for the extended program. It;s in a great spot, relatively close to everything. I'm so happy for you for getting in!!

Yeah, I would love to swim professionally one day, although I'm not quite good enough to make it national, let alone state level. For now I only do 3 mornings a week for an hour and a half each. Btw, it's not too late to start or keep trying haha.

Mmkay. Open a new internet explorer or Firefox whichever you use page. Cut and paste the link I gave you into the box and hit enter. When the page loads. At the bottom of the page. Should be a link that says stripped mp3's. You click on that. It should bring up a box asking you to save the download.
