I did have a good time Friday night. It was a birthday bash for my friends man. He was turning 31. The theme was "30's the new 20+1". We danced, drank, and mingled with friends we havent seen in a while. It was almost like a class reunion up in the club. LOL

I can say that it really wasn't a choice of my own I kind of stumbled on the job and I just been making the best of it. I just saw one of my clients that was released a month ago last night back on the corner doing his thing again. When I pulled up on him he couldnt even speak he so embarrassed.

Hey whats up? I work at a detention facility with teenage boys where im a Rehabilitation Treatment Specialist, pretty much a counselor. I have about three to four kids on my caseload and work with them on issues they have as far as drug abuse, domestic issues, etc. Its cool because Im from the same area as the kids so I know how it is but the parents are hard to deal with because they are either substance abusers or they pretty much dont care about their kid. Sounds fun huh? :-)

Im doing great. I got a brand new car on saturday to replace the other one because my insurance said it was totaled. I had GAP insurance, so that helped a LOT. My last one was gray, but this one is midnight blue (my fav color). I have been a little cranky lately though. I've had neck and back pain from the accident.

stomach as a whole lot better. I need to go and see a Gastro Doc to get this checked out. I've been to a GP twice and all they say is "it's just a bug going around", but i think it my be more serious. I've had blood test done and everything and nothing comes up. This has been going off and on for 2 years now.

i just spent most of it braiding my cousins hair. I spent 2 1/2 days on it. Me, my fiance, my son , and my aunt did go to church though. She recently had surgery, so we took her to church with us and we went to brunch afterwards. I was sick on sunday night, mon, and tues. I still feel a little funny.

I'm trying to get over this annoying cold. I really hate getting sick. The weather is so unpredictable here. It was like 72 degrees yesterday but you still have to stay covered up because it's so easy to catch the flu down here or even worse, pneumonia. Other than that, I'm maintaining.

I love to wear my hair in braids during the Fall and Winter months. Thats good that you had fun with your fam. I love my family, but they get on my nerves sometimes (infact, they pissed me off on New Years Eve!). I've been on my own since i was 18 and they are in my business more than EVER now. I've always been a good girl and now they wanna tell me what i should/shouldnt do. They should realize that i am a grown ass woman now, but i guess it's all love.

I wasnt able to pop my bottle. I got home, got comfortable and watched 106th and Park. After moving i did not feel like poppin a bottle. It was peaceful though. On New Years day, my man and i went back to the old apartment and cleaned it out(a sister is trying to get most of her deposit back, ya feel me?) Im just glad i made it to 2008, ya know? My holiday was good. I will be moving tomorrow, so im just a busy woman. I am at work right now (bored as hell). Im working 7:30am-6:30pm today and on top of that i have somemore packing to do. I hope i get my security deposit back (you know how these landlords be trippin'.) I've had my own place since i was 18 and have had a good rental history since. This will be my third place(it's beautiful too), so hopefully i stay for a while. Well, have a good one!

Yes! I am so done with all my shopping. I wasn't gonna cook, but i think i might, cuz i can't imagine not cooking. What's snow?? lol.. When it does snow we get like an inch at the most.. It usually just turns into hail or freezing rain. .Speaking of rain, we are in the worst drought in Georgia History.. They are talking about if we keep up this water consumption rate then we'll be out of drinking water by May 08. The governor is suing the Amry Corp of Engineers because they routed most of our water to our neighboring states like Alabama and Florida and they really don't need it.

I haven't played Halo 3.. I really don't play video games that much anymore. I used to be the one putting all the new games on reserve before they came out but now I have games that I bought years ago that are still in the plastic wrapper. I think I'm going to get a 360 though so I can play Halo3 and I want Forza 2 So are you a Chick Gamer?

A toll at every exit.. They got to be crazy.. In the whole state of Georgia I can only think of one toll road.. I know it's country down here and everything but Chicago is O.D.'ing. That's one thing I don't miss about Jesey, paying tolls.. About the chicken and waffles though.. I haven't had them yet..lol I know, I'm a loser.. I heard mixed reviews about it. .Some like it and some don't.. I'll go to Gladys Knight's before this year is out and I'll let you know how it is.. So, how about Wisconsin? I aint gonna lie to you.. I'm not perfect..lol.. That was funny.. anyway, She was the first girl I ever cheated on ( and the last). I guess I did treat her kind of bad.. Not intentionally but I was kind of at a point im my life where I didn't know what I wanted in my life.. I was going back and forth between her and my ex before her. Then I got tired of it so I I told both of them and stopped talking to them both. Then after that, I started dating that chick I met at the club on Halloween. After her, I've been single every since and that was at the end of '06. I've just been doing a lot fo soul searching since then.

One time we were at a secluded spot in the middle of nowhere.. There were like 50 cars out there and we were racing for a long time. I rode with my homeboy that night and he decided to fianlly race so as he raced I saw some blue lights flashing so everybody just scattered.. My friend just took off cuz if he turned around to come get me he would have got caught so I was running towards my other friends car but he didn't see me. He just jumped in the car and took off. I hit the trunk off his car as he took off but he didn't hear nothing.. So to make a long story short I had to jump in the woods and hide from the cops until they left. It was pitch black dark out there.. no street lights.. just the moon light.. The moral of the story, drive yourself or stay with the person you rode with..lol

I don't know how to ride. I know the concept but I've never actually got on a bike. That's one of my goals for '08 though. As far as a good beginners bike, I can't tell you.. I hope the rest of the test have gone as good as the first ones. Don't drink coffee. I sleep about 4 hours or less per day. I don't drink coffee, nor sugary drinks, I am keeping a completely balanced diet. And I usually don't feel tired throughout the day. I have been doing the same ol thing right now. I don't mess with haunted houses that much eiter.. Every year something crazy happens down here.. someone lit a match one time and the haunted house burned down, another time there were pitbulls running around chasing people with muzzles on but one of the muzzles came off of one of the dogs and it maulled a little kid. Don't get me wrong, they're fun but not really my cup of tea.. I might just go to a Holloween Party though.. My friends throw one every year but I never went..lol.. I'm so friend huh?..lol

They're just black with the N.E.R.D. logo on the rear/side area.. They are SB Dunks which mean only a few were released but these have special serial numbers on them so you know they are authentic.. I would just hold on to them and sell them later.. In about 2 years I can probably get around $1000.. I'm all about investing, whether it's real estate down to shoes and toys..lol

The property would be commercial, and thank you for the advice. As for section 8 housing, not to contradict your idea, but we have apartments down here which are rented out to section eighters. The problem is that since it really doesn't cost them much, they don't take care of anything and destroy the property up. So if you decide to do that be very wary of that. How was your labor day? I worked. My work truck's transmission is giving me problems, and by other truck's battery is as good as dead. Hopefully I can get that transmission fixed because I have the xm radio on that truck and have become accustomed to it. So what are you up to? Are you going to post a new photo? I used to like the Dune movies until I read the book. The book is amazing. I actually started reading it becaise my water law professor recommended it. Read it and let me know what you think. Back home is Brownsville, Tx. Thank you for the franchise advise, I have looked into all of that, the problem with a new restaurant is that they have a high likelyhood of failure, while franchise restaurants, like the ones I have in mind, have a high incident of success. That is very cool that you wanted to be an attorney, why not go through with it. As for family law, they sometimes don't pay you enough for the problems you run into. But to each their own. What type of businesses do you like, or would like to open? I hope to hear from you soon. Bye

You missed a spectacular sight, but ibet it will atill look good for the rest of the weekend. When I entered law school, I thought I would be a corporate lawyer, but my 1st job is probably going to be with either a civil or criminal defense firm. Whatever pays the bills and gives me real world experience. I also want to open a restaurant back home. Probably a franchise, since it is more new owner friendly. Tae, very cool! Fencing might be fun, but I have never tried it. As for movies I saw the new Harry Potter and the Simpsons movie. They were okay. How about yourself? Any new movies? I did have fun at the beach, thank you for asking. Surfing is super cool, I would also like to learn how to do that. As for something I wish I had time to learn, Mandarin Chinese. I was taking private lessons, but the bar study sessions kept me away from my lessons. But there are many other things I would like to know and study. Do you mind giving me your name? Wow! Fun? When and if I ever have fun, which is almost never (work and school), I like to watch and play sports. I especially love soccer, but I enjoy all sports. I also enjoy movies as well. This weekend I went to the beach and burned the heck out of my back and shoulders. This was a rare occasion, since I rarely go out. Aside from boarding, what do you like? Hope to hear from yousoon. Wow! Very cool! I used to skateboard, until I fell off one day and bumped my head pretty bad. I have never snowboarded, heck, I have only seen snow 3 times in my life, but it sure sounds cool. As for my exam, I think I might have passed, but who knows. I feel that I did decent on the procedure day and Texas essays, but I totally was at a loss with the multistate examination. They asked questions they had never mentioned before. I hope I got it anyway since everybody was commenting on the difficulty of that day. But thank you very much for the words of encouragement.
