Hello, I hope that you can please help me with this! I am a current SIN member (member no. 855497) & received my email with the instructions on how to create a new username in replacement of my current email username. Since I received the email I have been desperately trying to re-access my SIN account, but to no avail. I have tried several times following the instructions to the letter. When I enter a username (following all the rules, lowercase and all) it does not take it; always puts my email address back into the space provided. I just cannot seem to get any further along than that; the system always stops me. There are onsales tomorrow that I am very afraid I will miss, which was the major reason on why I paid for this membership for the past 3 years. Please Please help me!!! Thanks in advance!
