...just continuing on my reply on the "Musician's" thread, I wanted to add that I find that the bigger the audience, the easier it is to perform. I find it the most nervewracking with one person just staring at me, but more at ease with a roomful of people... the more the better..the first time is the worst, and from there it gets easier and easier. So what I would say to you is, try to find an opportunity to just go out there and do it...open mic, even kareoke...even if you're scared, do it anyway, you'll be glad that you did!
