A buddy of mine bought a live dvd of Soc D that someone taped at a concert in St Louis. Man, this thing smoked....it was nearly 2 hours and it was chock full of tunes. I borrowed it for a while and actually burned it and lost the friggin thing a few months back. But it was loaded from they're last tour last summer I believe. The absolute KILLER song that night according to me and the packed house they played at was "Don't Drag Me Down" I mean to tell you they burnt the house down with that one and then they followed it up with Ring of Fire and then So Far Away...my personal opinion is Mike is the next Johnny Cash as he seems to write the perfect prison tunes and killer love songs. Although I am a CASH fan, its cool to hear someone redo some of his stuff. But it better be done right and SOC D ALWAYS seems to do it right with any CASH tunes. Later, Mark

Surprisingly enough. Other cities. I'm waiting for a date out here that's at a small venue. Not some multi number of artists. Plus, funds are a major factor these days, I'm embarrassed to say. Not to mention, seeing shows in a L A is not all its cracked up to be. People out here are jaded. They go just to make the scene, same w/NY. Hey thanks for the add! The Dallas show sooo ROCKED! I was front and center. If you go to myspace page you will see some of my pics from the concert. I can't wait until the next show. Until then I have to do Brad Paisley, John Mayer & Bon Jovi in Millaukee! I love my rockers! I'm so glad you got to meet Chris. I was so impress with him and his band.
