it probably was a migrane. it's been going around my school that kids have been getting really bad headaches 1 day and the next they'll be fine *shrugs shoulders* better than last year. last year we had whooping cough at my school!..it was really gross

i got one of the dvds with the messed up menu but i think i did see the bands videos, daveys was good and i liked hunters too. i liked how his related to love like winter, cuz hes writing on the mirror with lipstick.. i like looking for connections like that, like if you look in the decemberunderground cd booklet, 'i heard a voice' is written in one of the little comments/sentence things under all of the song lyrics. i was excited when i stumbled upon that.. omg the dvd was amazing tho, im gonna send it in for a replacement soon i just wanna watch it once or twice more. :) <3

oh, did u get some of the snow from the Colorado blizzards? we finally got enough snow to race on but we already missed A LOT of practice so our race this weekend got cancled and instead we have practice 9-9!!!!!!!!!! Holy crap!!!!!!!! i love skiing a lot but that's just too much!! ( and i hate librarians too!!) i just open a website that's supposed to be for learning and whenever the librarian comes near i just close the AFI website and pretend i'm actually interested in like, volcanoes, or Alfred Wegener, Or Einstein (it works!) *mostly*

computers suck when they dont work.. haha yeah it would be really cool if i could get on miami ink, but i'd want to do something more elaborate than stars if they were doing it for me. i love kat von d, she's so pretty. i love the stars on her face, thats partly where i got my star idea from. as far as music goes i dont really fit into any one genre, i like it all. if i had to pick a least favorite it would definitely be country, but even there i have a few favorite songs. mostly i listen to rock tho. lately (aside from afi, theyre a constant) ive been listening to the white stripes, i had blue orchid stuck in my head all day. i love the heavy guitar on that song! wonderfully amazing.

i know i love looking like davey! haha in art we're drawing self portraits and i drew my face and i was working on my hair so i did the top half of it, then i started on my shoulders and my friend looks over and says, you drew yourself with daveys hair! its davey! haha i didnt mean to and i didnt even realize it but on the one side i stopped my hair just below my ear and my head was tilted so my other hair was hanging down and it looked like davey it was pretty funny.. my friends were jealous. haha. yeah my one brother is soo mean towards davey but im like whatev you cant judge cuz u dont even listen to music but my other brothers cool he stayed up on new years eve with me to watch them perform. i dont think he likes afi but he doesnt openly criticize them like my other bro does so i like him cuz of that.. and i hate waiting too my friend is so lucky she's 15 i think and she said her mom's letting her get a tatoo maybe this summer or next year. im soo jealous! im gonna talk to my mom sometime and ask her if i can.. shes gonna say no prolly but hey its worth a shot.

yes i'm straightedge, thats why i did the three x's. (theyre on my ankle) oo guess what my new nickname is davey cuz all my friends say i look like him.. or he looks like me, whatev. but there's this one picture i have of davey and when my brother saw it he seriously thought it was me but my other brother was like no thats the freak (thats what he calls davey. mean, i know) so i showed the pic to my friends and they thought it was me too, so now they call me davey! i take it as a compliment to both of us haha.

yeah, i lost somewhere around ten pounds when i became vegetarian so now im like 130-ish, depending on what i eat.. haha everyone has their junk food days! omg i cant wait until i get a tatoo.. i decided i wanna get stars tatooed around my wrist, one star for every person who's inspired me or affected me positively in some way. my baby cousin's star is gonna be the biggest, and its gonna be like one of those add-a-pearl necklaces, except its an add-a-star tatoo (haha). cuz obviously people are gonna be affecting me my whole life so i'll prolly start out with 3 or 4 stars and hopefully end up with a whole 'bracelet'. of course im also gonna get an afi tatoo somewhere, thats a given.. i gave myself three x's but i might get them done professionally cuz i didnt do that great of a job.. but whatever tatoos i get, they're gonna mean something, im not gonna get something cuz it 'looks pretty' or whatever.. its there for life, there might as well be a meaning behind it!

i have a sucky home life.. i would move in with my dad but my school life is good so i wanna stay at my current school.. but yah my mom keeps trying to push me and my stepdad together but im like, yeah i didnt like him when i was four, im not gonna like him now or ever. dont tell me when he dies cuz ill have a party.. omg yesterday was the hardest day ever tho knowing afi was two hours away and i couldnt go see them.. once i get a car im definitely there.. haha maybe well see each other at one of their concerts!!

yea i caused trouble in middle school but i got a chance in high school cuz i switched from public to catholic school so i didnt know anyone, so basically i got a clean slate to mold.. and in my opinion ive molded it pretty nicely.. haha yea little kids can be a bit much after awhile but theyre so darn cute you cant be angry about it.. well most of them are cute, once in a while you get the rebel four year old.. haha

ugg yea i hate country too, as for pop and rap theres a few songs i like but most of it im not really partial to.. more like a boy quadrrilateral than a boy triangle for me, theres the tie guy, math/bus guy, other bus guy, and physics guy (but he has a gf). tie guy is the hot boy all the good AND bad girls want; math/bus guy is the smart, funny, maybe a little geeky, almost exactly the same as me, great to talk to guy; other bus guy is a year younger than me but is really cute and nice though sometimes boastful; and physics guy i've never talked to but looks EXACTLY like johnny depp minus 20 years (which is basically utter gorgeousness).. and yes i am very confused about everything. so im prolly not in much of a better situation than you!! good luck to both of us..

oh and catholic school dances are kinda restricted, but mostly that means the dj cant play any songs with bad words in it and a lot of those songs are songs i dont like (rap and pop stuff, pretty much) so it all works out. and the other thing they freak about is grinding but i dont grind so no problem there either!!

eew old ppl grinding nasty!! yea i dont really like dancing all that much so i usually only go to one a year.. yay but this time i got to talk to this really hot guy that i think might like me.. ive only talked to him twice but he smiles at me sometimes and he let me wear his tie even tho he doesnt really know me.. and he likes afi and i was next to him in our mosh pit so there was a little friction (but not nasty grinding friction, fun mosh friction!) haha :P so now im in a web of about five guys i like.. fun. favorite afi song would prolly be he who laughs last.. classic and to the point. this time imperfect and the despair factor are in close second tho.

yea one of my friends didnt go cuz our school is gay and they dont let you take anyone from another school to homecoming, so she couldnt bring her bf, so she went to see nightmare before christmas instead.. this was the first dance i think ive ever been to that didnt suck. theres rumours of there possibly being either a winter ball or a sadie hawkins.. normally theres only homecoming and the class dances. catholic school dances kinda suck cuz the sisters are all, leave room for jesus!! and we're like, close your eyes!! but i do agree with them that grinding is nasty to watch.. moshing is soo much more fun! haha cb

yea my friend did something like that last year, she drew billie joe from green day and it got sent away for a contest, she didnt win but it was amazing.. shes a really good artist, she goes to rochester u in new york, im pretty sure for an art major. haha yea i had the expo marker on the mirror phase, i never drew people but i used to write notes to myself and draw other things and stuff.. i think once i drew a halo over my head..haha. and my mom would always erase my reminders i wrote b/c she thought it was permanent and then id forget stuff and id get really mad at her.. cuz i forgot stuff and thats not good.. hehe

i always return what i steal from my friends.. and they always laugh so its all cool. im kinda in a bad mood too, i was with my dad today (my parents are divorced) and he pisses me off buthe bought me two afi cds and some books so im not totally mad.. just miffed and i really want a hug from my best guy friend who i also have a major crush on but i wont see him till monday : (

catholic schools not all that bad.. at least mine isnt. i used to go to public scool, and i find that everyone's much nicer in catholic school. people i dont even know sometimes say hi or smile to me in the halls.. and theres actually more punk-skater kids than there are preps, so its all cool. and even some of the preps still like afi and stuff, my one friend alex is the total girly-girl type, with pink ribbons in the hair and kate spade bags and all, but she still likes afi. haha and my one friend kirk is totally obsessed with afi, and he covers up the school emblem on his shirt with two afi pins, which i am planning on stealing very sneakily one day.. still not sure how im gonna manage that, being as its on his shirt so hes probably gonna see me..

yep...have you seemed to notice that pretty much all the band that are like from this generation are pretty much all guys...like afi, fall out boy, hawthorne heights, Panic! at the Disco...i can play the piano a little but not that much...

yea on fridays my teacher lets us listen to music when we draw, i wish we could do it all the time it helps me concentrate! but my friend had her d.u. cd with her today so we were listening to that.. until the preps turned it off.. but we still got to listen to most of it so its all cool. i wish i could wear my afi shirts to school but i go to catholic school so i get to wear an ugly greena nd gray uniform.. cept next week its our homecoming week so we get to dress down and be comfy for two days!! yess..

my moms overprotective too.. annoyingly so. NOTHING ever usually happens in my area, so this is really different.. and i dont want to get used to it! its sad what the world is coming to.. why cant everyone be friends? more people should listen to afi, they make everything better! i think they cured my art block!! wow this week has been very weird and a little depressing.. last saturday my grandmom's neighbor killed himself, that one yankee player died, then the kid from my school died, then today someone was murdered in a restaurant across the street from my school, causing us to go into lock down.. and NOTHING ever happens near me, so this is crazy! oh yea and those amish shootings were near me too.. i swear the worlds gonna end or something crazy like that.. cb

hopefully mine won't be as long... sketching is definitely one of my better abilities, though i do really like working with oil pastels. i started using them alot this summer, and i'm getting pretty good! i'm excited, my art instructor said our next project is with oil pastels, so hopefully my art block will be away by then!

urgh, im having a drawing block or something! in my art class we had to draw two bones with a random object somewhere in the picture in charcoal, and it came out soo bad! i matted it better than i actually drew it!! and i've been working on my jade picture (mixing it up a little, taking a break from davey!) and last night i drew his mouth at least five times and it still looks soo bad.. i hope my drawing block leaves soon. like now!

yea i've had trouble in the past with making faces too fat... recently i've been putting gridlines on some of my pics to help train my eye to proportion better when i draw still lifes or something, and its actually been helping alot. you might wanna try! cb <3
