If i tell you its no fun! hahaha. Im in the extras during "Again I Go Unnoticed" (from Village Underground) and "Drowning" (from Maxwells) its still so weird to see. I always think i look horrible. my boyfriend and my friends tell me i look the same as i always do. I even gave away the shirt i had on at the maxwells show after thinking i looked awful in it on camera!! i hope you have a great weekend too. i cant wait for work to be over!

I found mine in a cd store here in canada called sunrise records, it had a sticker on it that said with bonus dvd or something, the REM one has a special cover, so you can tell the difference! the far from home movies is in a normal case with a sticker on it saying that there is a special dvd or something.. Look around, and good luck.!

Gosh, that's AWESOME! You are so lucky! I guess you have already watched it so now you are probably in love with Chris' performance. He's so brilliant on that DVD. I love that part when he screams so hard that he can't sing anymore, so he laughs and laughs.. his smile is the cutest thing ever at that moment. Aw! <3

I can help you, of course. But I'm pretty sure that the only place you can find this DVD now is on eBay. I mean, you would be the luckiest girl ever if you find it anywhere else. So my sleeping patterns are completely messed up since it's like 5:30 AM here in the West Coast or something and I happened to sneak into a laptop to type this out... I'm surprised you didn't catch on to it, I mean what other 'AC' can possibly love Dashboard as much as me :P So what do you think of Gregory and the Hawk's stuff? She just came out with a new CD, and if your free that day, then definitely check out the CD release party...you won't be dissapointed. As for what I was up to yesterday...worked until the late afternoon and then went to the mall with friends and I was bugging all of them to come back home in time for One Tree Hill since it's always a can't miss thing for me when there's new episodes. Dou o you watch that show? Because honestly, if you don't then you don't know what your missing...but since I had friends over I was taping that while the Stanley Cup Playoffs were on...Anaheim just destroyed Ottawa..don't know if your into hockey or not, so I should shut up now..heh.. The next couple of days are gonna be alright, It's the NXNE Festival this weekend in Canada..basically it's the North by Northeast music festival, similar to the SXSE that they have in Texas around March. So there's lots of different local shows happening, I'm gonna hit up the Drake Hotel tonight...Five Blank Pages are playing, plus there's a pretty big Canadian Magazine called Chart that's throwing it..and might talk to a few people there. Hey, I do have PBS..lol..I live in Canada, not in the middle of nowhere, and yeah, I know about that concert date..that's one I definitely got to tape. Favourite DC album for me?..oh, definitely The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most...easily, bar none... I was watching the MTV Unplugged DVD when I was sick a couple of weeks ago, it was just me, some chicken soup and trying to sing along to Chris Carrabba...heh...I also like to watch music videos that I've burned onto disc that he's done so far...I think the 'Stolen' music video is probably the most adorable thing ever. I don't have Myspace or Facebook...I don't know, it's just not my thing, people bug me all the time about getting it, but still never caved in... Hope you had a good night last night, Take care...

Hey, thanks for responding to my comment, as for how many Dashboard shows I've been too, I'd say that it's been like 25 shows..I wrote them down somewhere and I think that was the last count that I did for that list. Heh, that picture that I took with Chris was actually the 3rd time I got to meet him..it was outside a college campus show in Saginaw MI last April. Not alot of people waited so he came out fairly quickly, I also got to meet the whole band a couple of times...Johnny Lefler is an incredibly nice guy, he seems to be the most social one out of the band, always joking around. I met Chris Carrabba like 5 times...he's very cordial when it comes to conversations I find, but at first he can't take a picture with you if there's tons of people but if you stick around and people start to leave since it's getting late, then he's willing to take one since you've waited awhile too. I also got to meet John Ralston a handful of times since he's always opening for Dashboard, and he actually does remember me..don't really need to job his memory, he just knows it's that "Canadian Guy who always rocks a DC shirt" :P I had floor seats too at MSG...maybe we indirectly saw each other :) As for favourite Dashboard songs... I love Remember to Breathe too, I prefer hearing that song at acoustic shows though when it's just Chris rather then a full band. Obviously there's the Best Deceptions which has a significant impact on me personally... I also love Swiss Army Romance since there's this little tradition that I have when it comes to that song. On the first day of the school year since like 2001, I would always have that song in my CD player or MP3 player and before I would go to my first class, I would just have that song blasting in my headphones when I'm walking the halls of school as a way of just relaxing me. You know when you have that anxious feeling of something new happening and your looking forward to what's ahead, but at the same time, you don't know what to expect, well that song just gets me motivated to just embrace that whole environment. Heh..and this one you'll laugh at... I think I've made it official that no matter who the girl is, if I ever get married..Hands Down MUST be the wedding song..lol..they can have whatever they want when it comes to every other little tradition, but I get to pick the wedding song :P

Thanks for your kind words about the story I wrote. So your from New York City, I'm just wondering, did you happen to go to the Madison Square Garden show on Dec. 8th last year? I actually made it a 3 day roadtrip during the end of that tour with Brand New, since I got to see Dashboard and Brand New play in my hometown outside of Toronto and then the next day, I drove 5 hours to Binghamton NY for a University campus show there..and then being able to see my favourite band at the most famous venue in the whole world at Madison Square Garden is easily one of the highlights of concert experiences. I'll never forget seeing that many people in one room, and seeing Chris Carrabba pretty much reach the pinnacle of his music career by selling out the Garden.

well, to meet them after the show, I just waited by the tour buses. actually, when i was in new york, i walked right past Mike in the street cuz we had to walk around the tour buses. i got really nervous when i saw him walking towards me and i didn't know what to say so i was just like, "hey, good show!" and he was like "thanks!" haha. that was it. i didn't have a camera with me though so i couldn't take pics. chris never came out in houston and the guy said that he had to catch a flight right after the show, which sucked cuz me and my sister waited for like 2 hours. that story probly didn't help you much haha, but you should ask people who've met the band lots of times what they did to be so lucky! good luck! :)

my weekend so far being great! October tends to be my favorite month I get to go and watch horror movies all month is awesome LOL, plus there is always Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios. I like living in Orlando somehow, cause there is always something to do, the only bad thing is that it always require money lol. Yeah I heard of Amerit Island before I'm not sure where is located cause I really don't know much about FL, I'm originally from PR and I've being here since 2003 there is much to learn. Like not running by the lake cause you can be the gators meal ;). Have an awesome weekend.

i told myself i was going to restrain myself this tour so im going to MSG,Camden and Wilkes-Barre. i just used all my vacation time and spent my dashboard fund on the summers tour. i refuse to go to Lowell ever again becuase i never have fun there....as you can guess ive seen dashboard a whole bunch of times. i hope your first show is a good one! :-)

Yeah, Johnny's my favorite. :) Hang in there on the show in NYC. They will post something soon about it on the site, I think it just takes some time for them to get all the facts and figures straight and then they post the link for the show with Ducat King ticketing. I love Sex and the City, it is flippin' brilliant. I love all the psychology behind the plots. And the clever use of words makes me love the show even more. I am sure you fit into NYC well if you take fashion ideas from the show. Are things there really like what is portrayed on the show? Do people really dress like that? Lol. So yeah, the guy you commented, Tom_Kriston, that is my boyfriend in NC. He is a gem of a person, don't steal him away from me with your good looks! Ha ha. ah yes, it's going to be incredible!! yeah, because i don't want to miss out on the tickets and have them be sold out so i was just making sure haha. i've been to so many dc shows! i've lost count haha.. ah this is your first show?! it's going to be AMAZING-> really amazing. trust me=] are you going to hang around after and wait for them to come out? at radio city he came out so a lot of people old me he should well atleast that's what they say! but he's nice so maybe he'll be feelin up to meet peopleeee!
