avocados are lovely. i like them in salads. with spinach and pears and olives. bad guacamole isn't fun. i live in california though, so we have good guacamole everywhere. i suggest making your own. there's tons of recipes for it. try and get one from a mexican food cookbook or something.

france is actually 9 hours ahead and the UK is 8 hours ahead. it's still a lot. i had almost no problem adjusting when we got there. but coming back was killer. the first day i was back, i was up for a little over 24 hours straight. second day, i woke up at 5 am and today was my first normal day.

yea they have a pretty good range of material, each album is quite different from the rest which i really like; the constant changing. i really like all the mtv acoustic versions of the songs aswell, brandon has a really good voice. im from Perth, Western Australia

ben lee, death cab, au revoir simone, broken social scene, coldplay, modest mouse, nada surf, some of brand new's stuff, eisley, straylight run, etc. it doesn't necessarily have to be mellow, but not so angry/screamy. i listen to music based on my mood (then again, doesn't everyone?), but i haven't really had moods lately (a little weird, but i guess i don't really have time to think about how i'm feeling lately so i just don't notice). i'm too worn out. so i just listen to softer/lighter stuff.

yeahhhh, i used to be into tons and tons of hardcore and screamo and all that, but lately, i've been into much more mellow pretty stuff. then again, i think i never actually liked most of the hardcore i listened to. i just wanted to be nice when my (then) boyfriend would burn cds for me. hah. but some of it is pretty good. a lot of it just sounds too much alike.
